Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 7 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted on the Product page. Please indicate the carrier and class of delivery you prefer. Our standard delivery is via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, additional cost is applied. Shipment overseas and/or intermodal delivery to offshore installations may require customs compliance and special handling charges.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If an item is damaged in transport, please notify us  immediately and return the damaged item in its original packing. We will replace it as soon as possible at no additional charge.

Some items are shipped directly from the Manufacturer or Distributor. Gloves, coats, pants and other sized items cannot be returned except in case of damage in shipment or manufacturing defect. Please call or email concerning return of defective or damaged sized items.
